Well, this thing works. Plain and simple. Some of the photos I saw in reviews was NOTHING to the amount of "stuff" that I just got out. The first several times I used it I only used it on level 2. I was afraid of bruising like others have mentioned. I typically use it straight out of the shower. And I have only been using it 1x per week for several weeks. The instructions say to use it several times a week after properly opening up your pores. But today I went up to a level 3 and BAM!! It was totally disgusting! I am 42 years old and a mother with oily problem skin. I am always greasy and sweat a lot. The amount of build up is probably crazy. With what I just got out I know for a fact that getting an actual steamer for my face and using this as directed (2-3 x per wk), will clean out my pores tremendously! Again...THIS THING WORKS!!!

Ok so you have to know that your skin will NOT look or feel great RIGHT after the process.. but wait for the magic to happen. This is very close to professional grade suctioning which is why I wanted to purchase my own; to save money. I use it two times a week after a warm shower, I put Garnier micellar water in the tank and aven after cleaning my face in the shower, it's impressive to see how much dirt comes out with this device. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I can already see an improvement, my skin is softer and my pores are less visible. After I'm done with the machine, if I have time I like to apply the Neutrogena Hydro boost mask and the next day my skin looks amazing.

So nice! Best part of my facial care regime. Literally rolled back the years on my skin.

I usually don't write reviews, but this little tool really pulls the gross puss/bacteria out from your pores without having to use harsh chemicals or sharp tools. I use it about once or twice a day before applying makeup and after taking it off. I suggest after a shower once the steam has opened up your pores this little guy will help to expunge the lingering bacteria quite effectively.
